Hey Guess What: You’re in Smash Bros. Now
Well, your Mii is anyway. And you’ll be able to choose from three distinctive flavors: Mir Brawler, Gunner, and Swordfighter. Brawler fights using martial arts, Gunner fights using projectile weapons, and Sword fighter fights with, well, a sword.
The reveal was pretty awesome. Iwata and Reggie duked it out IRL. I’m sure you were on the edge of your seat, I know I was.
Also revealed were amiibo, Nintendo’s crack at NFC figurines. You’ll be able to use them in the Wii U version of Smash, and even in games such as Mario Kart 8.
Now the sad news: Smash 3DS has been delayed until Oct. 3. Smash Wii U is still slated for a Holiday release. Watch the reveal for yourself here. [❤]
