New Gen VI Pokemon, legendary types, and rival team revealed
Via Serebii. Tons of info revealed in the latest batch of CoroCoro scans. Along with the lovely scans, here’s some info.
- Yveltal’s type is Dark/Flying, Xerneas is Fairy. Yveltal’s ability is “Dark Aura," Xerneas’s ability is “Fairy Aura." Both power up their respective types. Xerneas’s special ability is “Geo Control," Yveltal’s is “Death Wing."
- Pancham’s evolution is called Goronda. Ability is Iron Fist. Fighting/Dark type. Learns Hammer Arms. Evolves with a new method of evolution.
- Squid Pokemon are Maika and Karamanero. Both are Dark/Psychic. Maika has a move called Turn Over which reverses stat changes.
- Pink bird is called Sushup and is fairy type. A healer pokemon. Exclusive to Pokemon Y. Learns new move Drain Kiss.
- Clauncher is exclusive to X, Skrelp is exclusive to Y.
- The Doc Ock looking kid is a new Gym Leader called Shitoron, the other is called Zakuro. Zakuro is good at sports.
- X/Y’s professor is called Puratannu (Platane?)
- Evil Team is Team Flair. They simply want to make money.
Take it all in. We’ve finally got an evolution for Pancham and I….am unsure if I like it. CoroCoro also teased that next month will contain “the biggest scoop of the century" as far as Pokemon is concerned.
