I argue that Poke'mon Rumble World is Free to Play. I haven't had to spend a cent on the game to get far. It's surprisingly EASY to get diamonds in Rumble (and having a roommate with the game also helps. Constant Streetpassing). The cool down period is non-existent because once you get 5 balloons, by the time you finish the areas of each balloon, you're ready to start again. I wish Nintendo had made Facebook, because they do Freemium games RIGHT: Price is an option, not a requirement.
